Three companies presented in the usual BNC format.

They each had 10 minutes to answer the following six questions:

What’s the product or service?

Why will the customer buy it?

What’s AMAZING about the management team?

How does the company make money?

What traction does the company have?

How does the investor make money?

The 15- 20 minute structured Q & A with the audience, surrounding the six questions, will follow each presentation.


BuildThis –

BuildThis is an award winning website design and application development agency servicing companies ranging from tech startups to Fortune 500 firms. Since 2012, the company has grown to thirteen employees with offices in downtown Chicago and San Francisco and is profitable. BuildThis seeks an investment to enter into new markets and to implement a rollup strategy within the web development industry.

NanoGas Technologies –

Nano Gas Technologies recycles oil industry wastewater using our nano bubble process. Current wastewater disposal methods have led to damaged homes from over 600 earthquakes in Oklahoma. Nano Gas(tm) recovers the oil and enhances the water for reuse. Reuse by the oil industry eliminates the use of chemicals, fouling membranes, mountains of salt residue from evaporation. The enhanced water includes Nitro Nano(tm) bubbles. Nano Gas has doubled oil well production using Nitro Nano bubbles. Instead of damaging homes, the oil industry will use the water to increase oil production.

ForNoJo –

When we started building ForNoJo two years ago, we had only a simple ideology: we wanted to build a company worthy of naming after our children. We develop Android and iOS apps. There’s three we’d like to tell you about. But we consider them traffic plays, in that the product doesn’t really matter. What does matter is that what you feel is more important than what we earn — ForNoJo understands users are human beings, not data points.

We will be discussing specifically one of our traffic plays, Hitly 420. It is the world’s first social network for recreational cannabis users in Canada. Launching for Android and iOS in Winter 2018, Hitly420 asks the user three simple questions: “What are you smoking?” “Where are you smoking?” “And who are you smoking it with?” Using ForNoJo’s proprietary traffic methodolgies, Hitly420 will launch into its market with an estiamted 80% share of the entire Canadian adult population (coast to coast) being aware of the brand within seven days of its launch. With Deloitte estimating the Canadian cannabis market to reach revenues of more than $8B annually, Hitly420 will deploy the first cannabis-oriented advertising network throughout Canada, enabling consumers of legal age to directly engage with various products, brands and other cannabis afficiandos, allowing brands access to consumers who use the platform.
